Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00, and check-out is until 10:00. As it is managed by an automated system, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. However, you can have early check-in at 12:00 and late check-out at 12:00 if you book room only on our own official website.

Our staff cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out, but we have coin lockers
(600 yen charge) and a wired self-service luggage storage (free) on the first floor. There are also coin lockers of various sizes at the nearest stations (Ebisucho and Shin-Imamiya), so please use them for keeping your luggage.

There is not a rules in particular.But, please note that after 10pm is night time and please refrain from making noise or using loud music devices as this may disturb other guests and neighbors.

You can check in, but please tell us the name of the person who made the reservation.
However, please note that we will need to verify the identity of anyone who arrives late.

No cleaning service and changing towels service every day during your stay. By reducing the amount of energy used for cleaning, we will be kind to the environment and work to reduce CO2 emissions. We hope for your cooperation in our ECO activities. (All rooms are equipped with washing machines and bathroom dryers. Please reuse towels to protect the environment.)

It is not allowed to smoke (including e-cigarettes) inside the building.
All rooms are non-smoking.

This is a self check-in system.
Check-in procedure is done by yourself, after you use the password key to enter your room, please fill out the registration form on the table.
*Your room number and key password will be sent to you 3 days before check-in.

We donot have those services.
Please use local convenience store (7-11, Lawson, Family Mart), post office, or Yamato Transport.

This facility does not have a parking lot. There are many coin parking lots nearby, so please use them.

Minors can stay .But they need provide "consent form" which is submitted by their parent or guardian.

If you cancel on a date that falls within the cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that even in the case of bad weather such as a typhoon or heavy snow, if transportation is still operating, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Although it is possible to use the facility alone, please note that it may not be available depending on the situation.
